    What you can expect

    • If your account is found and recognized as “Authorized,” our system will automatically send you a welcome email and invite you to the Partner Hub. 

      • To get started, use the username provided via email with a subject line “Welcome to the Partner Hub!” 

      • Create a password on the “Reset Password” page. Don’t forget to save this in your password manager!

      • Return to the login screen and use the information you saved to login. 

      • Owl Labs Reselling Partners have a different experience from Owl Labs Distribution Partners when logged into the Partner Hub experience. 

    • If your account is not found or recognized, your request will be submitted for internal review. Someone from our team may reach out with questions! 

    • If your account has been deauthorized, please understand that we cannot give access to your team at this time.
